Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on an annual recurring basis, or according to the selected service plan.

Content and User Access

The Service may allow you to upload or access certain information, text, graphics, or other materials. Golden Profiles Academy is not responsible for any content lost.

Users must note the following rules:

• Login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• LMS data must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without authorization.
• Transcripts and downloadable materials are proprietary; unauthorized sharing is punishable.
• Using one login across multiple users or devices is a violation and is punishable.
• Reproducing or circulating portal content without permission may lead to legal action.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Golden Profiles Academy. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge that Golden Profiles Academy will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from your use of third-party content or services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change is at our sole discretion.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Users who wish to cancel admission and apply for a refund must follow the below policy:

• ✅ 90% refund — If cancelled more than 72 hours before course start date.
• ✅ 50% refund — If cancelled within 72 hours before course start date.
• ✅ 25% refund — If cancelled after course start date.
• ❌ No refund — If cancelled after course start date has passed.

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method, after necessary verification and in compliance with these terms.
